Our latest manufactured product is our own Safe Area 1500 cfm Diesel Driven High-Pressure Compressor which is suitable for use in a designated Safe Area. We have designed this machine with ease of operation and maintenance access high on our customer’s priority requirements.
We have used a Sullair compressor package which is housed in our 20ft DNV 2.7-1, CSC, ISO-certified container. This container has been designed and tested to allow stacking 6 high for shipping and 2 high while in operation to reduce deck space where required.

This machine has been specifically designed to operate in up to 50°c ambient temperatures and has been noise attenuated to give us 91dBa @ 1 metre. Sound pressure level of 115 dB.
The compressed air output is after cooled in a separate compartment to eliminate any recirculation of hot air, the aftercooler fan has a variable speed control so cooling can be reduced or increased as required, and this also incorporates a pressurised condensate drain which can be contained in external vessel for environmentally safe disposal.
Zone II ATEX 150kva Diesel Driven Generator is suitable for use in Zone II flammable gas and vapour atmospheres and is classified, Group II Category 3G Ex h IIA T3 X. The Explosion Protection Level is – EPL Gc. It is fitted with CAT C7 engine and air starter. It is also fitted with Pyroban Gas Cooler (can be used with our without flame trap to allow continuous running), Gas detection system, Pyroban Electronic shut down system and Terminal connections for outgoing power in its own connection box.
Zone II ATEX 100kva Diesel Driven Generators are suitable for use in Zone II flammable gas and vapour atmospheres and is classified, Group II Category 3G Ex h IIA T3 X. The Explosion Protection Level is – EPL Gc. It is fitted with a JCB engine, IPU Turbine Air Starter, Gas detection system, Pneumatic shut down system and Terminal connections for outgoing power in its own connection box. It is also fitted with a power torque gas cooler which can be used with or without flame trap to allow continuous running.
Can be supplied with either C15 CAT engine or Volvo engine, stainless steel fuel tank, DNV2.7-1 crash frame, Godwin model HL160M/C15 Dri-Prime automatic self-priming end suction centrifugal pump set on a sub-base. Close mounted to CAT C15 six-cylinder water-cooled, electric start diesel engine developing 315Kw at 2000 rpm. Engine fitted with key switch start panel, shut down protection for low oil pressure and high water temperature, fuel/oil filters, air cleaner and exhaust silencer spark arrestor.
RKB 200-37 5 multi-stage pump max head of 400m @ 70m3/hr with a flow rate of 600,m3/hr @ 200m head coupled to CAT C18 six-cylinder water-cooled, safe area specification, electric start diesel engine developing 600 bhp at 1800 rpm, stainless steel fuel tank, DNV2.7-1 crash frame, silencer, Engine fitted with key switch start panel, shut down protection for low oil pressure and high water temperature, fuel/oil filters, air cleaner and exhaust silencer spark arrestor.
This Power Pack was designed with ease of maintenance and access in mind. The Diesel Engine is primarily operated using an Electrical Pyroban conversion operating system for engine control and shutdowns incorporating over speed, low oil pressure, high cooling water temperature and high exhaust temperature. The Hydraulic Pumps are 4 separate pump systems and have individual relief valves for each circuit, the pump is driven from the engine via an Atex approved coupling. The 4 pressure and 4 return connections for the pumps are located externally at the rear of the enclosure low down and within a recess. The control panel is external on the rear of the enclosure within its own recess with rainproof hinged cover.
This Jetting Pump Unit has been designed with ease of operation and maintenance in mind. The Diesel Engine is a Caterpillar 3406 zone 2 primarily operated using a pneumatic Pyroban conversion operating system for engine control and shutdowns incorporating over speed, low oil pressure, high cooling water temperature and high exhaust temperature, the Jetting Pump is a Hammelmann HDP173 High-Pressure Pump and has its own shutdowns and protection fitted. The pump is driven from the engine via an Atex approved coupling. The Drive Coupling is enclosed in a removable guard. The suction and pressure outlets for the pump are located externally at the rear of the enclosure low down and within a recess.
